Outreach trip to Vedapalayam village was organised on 26th November.We reached the village at 10:45am.A detailed introduction of Seek Foundation was presented to the people there. The class that was being conducted at Poonthandalam village for tailoring and tuitons was also explained to them.
A personal interaction with the Panchayathead of Vedapalayam village helped in explaining the goals and the work conducted by Seek Foundation.ThePanchayat head seeked a letter from us with regard to the schedule of the programmes that will be conducted in their village.
He brought to our notice that one more organisation had approached them and they had provided two rooms which had nearly 2000 books. However at present nothing much has been done by that organisation.He assured us the aviablility of those books if required.
A general data of the village was also collected.
